Creating a TalkShoe Group Call

We use TalkShoe.com for most of our conference calling needs because it allows callers to call in by phone or by internet. After the completion of ARC's programs many groups decide to keep in touch using TalkShoe because it is so user-friendly. Here are step-by-step instructions for scheduling your own TalkShoe conference call.

About the TalkShoe System
Individual calls are scheduled within a call series. Each individual call in a particular series will have the same call ID so the calls in a series cannot overlap. Each series will have it's own page. So, first we will create a series, and then within the series, a call.

Scheduleing your call:

  1. Log in to Talkshoe
  2. Go to "Create"


  3. Click on "New Call Series"


  4. Change the title and be sure to make the call UNLISTED
  5. then click on "Schedule"



  6. Pick a time you'd like and how long you want to talk
  7. then click on "Next"



  8. Check your info
  9. Then click complete



  10. Your Phone number, and Call ID will be listed in the center of the page
  11. To schedule another episode, click "Schedule Episode"
