Great Vlog Samuel. I really needed to hear this. Ive had some shame creep back in and didn't recognize it for what it was. This video helped. Its been over 10 months since D-Day and I thought I had worked past letting shame affect my empathy for my wife and allowing it to hinder her (my) healing.. yet it showed back up. Anyway... thank you.
