    Keeping the wheels of Affair Recovery greased and moving along smoothly and efficiently is a core aspect of this role. Working closely and communicating effectively with the CEO and VP of Operations to stay in tune with them and ensure they are set up for success will be a top goal in this position. A good fit for this job will be someone who is able to proactively connect the pieces of the overall puzzle and prevent key items from falling through the proverbial cracks.

  • Customer Care & Course Coordinator
    One of the most crucial positions on the team, you will often be the first experience potential and new customers have with us. Providing a high level of care and a warm and safe environment for them as they begin their healing journey is of utmost priority for us. A must have is a keen attention to detail while coordinating courses, serving our potential and existing customer base by phone and email, and collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and the refining of Affair Recovery's processes.

  • Director of Growth Marketing
    This newly created Director of Growth Marketing position will be one of the most influential positions on our team and will report to the VP of Operations. Growing the number of customers isn't just a metric and your primary responsibility, it is an opportunity for the Affair Recovery team to bring healing and meaning to tens of thousands of people each year. You will engage hundreds of thousands of people to impact their experience and improve conversion metrics at all stages of the customer acquisition process.
