I found this video on the self-destruct button to be refreshing and helpful. Too many unfaithful partners skirt their responsibility in the destruction of their marriage and instead blame the betrayed spouse. Far too often therapists encourage this behavior. In order for any of us to change, we must take responsibility for our actions and choose "layers upon layers" of boundaries and protection. Thanks for such an insightful video!
