It has been 8 years for me and I’m still struggling with Trauma bonding. My husband is no longer engaged in visiting massage parlors and online porn sites and it is still hard rebuilding trust. I would not have stayed if he continued stepping outside our marriage and he knows that if it ever happens again, I’m gone..there is no negotiating. There must be geniune remorse, taking responsibility for their actions, and a willingness to do whatever it takes for their to be healing and reconciliation. It sounds like your husband is not there and is still disrespecting you. You deserve so much better! Don’t let another year go by..get out and be free from the pain and manipulation. I wish you nothing but the best!
