I felt a bit alone, a little over two years ago, when most of what I read or was told was to not ask questions that provided "too much" detail, but feeling like I would never be able to heal with ANY secrets. I mean, what my spouse and his AP did together had become part of my story too, and I wanted to know what was on the pages I hadn't been permitted to read.
Thank you for acknowledging that this is not a "one rule fits all" situation, and that each BS should examine how they normally process information and figure out the best path forward for themselves.
