Question

I have a simple question. I keep hearing and reading terminology about time - "early after discovery", "Still new to recovery", etc. I don't have a sense of what these vague timelines mean. Today is day 167 after D-Day and I am still a wreck. My husband decided to participate in healing just 4 weeks ago. The thoughts of his AP and also my husband's lies flood me every day still. I swing from tears to anger to the ability to have tempered conversations in the blink of an eye. Truthfully, I've reached a point of emotional exhaustion. But I'm trying to figure out if I'm still in the 'normal' range with respect to time. Thanks.
