Question:

Along with my husband losing his little brother in a car wreck (and blaming himself), and being abused as a child, my husband also served around five years in prison which has caused him to have many problems. He always says how could we deal with healing from his infidelity when he has so many other problems that need to be addressed first? Of course, this makes me feel unimportant. That's beside the point. Do you know of any counselors or free programs that could help him? It's been over two years since finding out about what he did, and we are nowhere near healed. We did the EMS weekend in July of 2015. I have done harboring hope twice. We have a blended family, are in financial trouble, and are in the middle of two court cases as well. Sometimes I think we are just beyond help. Any suggestions would be helpful.
