I believe I’ve been told all of the locations where the affair occurred and we drove to them together as part of shining reality on the fantasy. What are your suggestions in terms of reclaiming these locations? Can we go there and make love as a way to replace the memory or does that seem like a strange idea that will just trigger additional hurt? Would going there and making out in the car together reclaim them? What are some other suggestions for reclaiming locations that are painful? We are 3.5 month past d-day and currently in EMSO.
