Question:

I am the wayward spouse. My husband and I are friends with a couple that do not know about my infidelity. We are wondering if we should tell them as we feel like we are walking on egg shells around them. However they are mutual friends with one of my affair partners. One of our concerns is that this would then put them in an awkward position of having to choose which side to be friends with. If we don't tell them the who, they still may put it together on their own and this still puts them in that position. We don't want to lose this friendship and we also don't want to hurt them or be dishonest with them.
