He showed remorse and he wants to work on our marriage. We are doing marriage counseling together once a week. Other than that he is not doing anything else. We did the boot camp from AR right after D-Day. He changed in the way he relates with me and his involvement in the house. Our marriage is better than before. But my question is- is he really healing? He says he wants to leave the affair in the past and move forward. He says it was a big mistake. I asked him how is he going to heal if he’s not talking about it, to understand for himself why he did it... He said that he was vulnerable and fell for Satan’s deception but it will not happen again. It was only one affair. He is saying that reading the Bible and focusing on God is helping him. And he doesn’t see how being in a group like Hope for healing would help him. He is all for me doing Harboring Hope but he doesn’t see the benefit for him doing something like this. Is he really healing? He said he didn’t have struggles with pornography for the last 3 months since D-Day. I am not sure if he’s healing the way he should.
