Question:

I've been divorced since early January and recently entered a new relationship, which is going really well. My girlfriend also experienced infidelity and subsequent divorce, and both of us have had extensive counseling to work on our own healing. Right now, I'm leading a couple Harboring Hope groups and feel a definite calling towards this area of ministry for the long-term. My girlfriend is very much of the mindset that she has moved forward and doesn't desire to be involved at al. Do you have any advice for people who are post-divorce and feel called to Affair Recovery ministry, and how that ties into a new relationship without being stuck in the past?
