He will answer a question and claim its truth. Then later forgetting what he originally said when asked the same question, the answer is different and not the truth because he basically exposed his lie. He claims this isn’t lying because I didn’t ask the question correctly the first time. This is the most infuriating thing I have ever experienced in human behavior. Does it have a name?
