Question:

My marriage is heading towards divorce, mediation is scheduled for May 4th. I've traveled far on the road to recovery due to your program, therapy, and lots of prayer yet I still lack the ability to forgive my husband. I know it's take time and grace but I'm hoping you can give me some advice on what time of steps I need to take to get me started down that road. I can't seem to disconnect from resentment due to non-disclosure and dealing with him being angry and bitter whenever he speaks to me.

I'm also very upset at the way he's so detached from our kids and his own family. He's never even had a conversation with them about wanting a divorce or even when he actually filed for divorce. My 16 year-old acts more mature than he does. I am so frustrated. Forgiveness seems an impossible task to achieve but I need peace!

Thank you. God Bless your ministry.
