How do I deal with the triggers and thoughts that come up when I have some place to go or things to do and he knows I will be gone for a set amount of time? This was his pattern before, and now, even though I know there is no gal. He still uses this time to be unhealthy, i.e., drink too much, eat too much, etc... If he does that, given some time, will he find other things to do?
