Question:

I am struggling with trusting that I have full disclosure from my unfaithful spouse. My mind wants me to believe that there is more or that he is downplaying what has happened or what all took place between him and his AP. I feel as I am stuck here and just cannot focus on anything else, even processing the pain or beginning to heal. I also believe this is a burden that is making it hard for me to reconnect with my spouse. What can I do to move past this to accept what he has disclosed, or even accept the fact that I may never really trust that I have received full disclosure?
