Question: 

I know all the dates in which my husband and his affair partner were together and the 1 year anniversary of those dates are quickly approaching. How do I survive those dates and thoughts on how those dates should be spent?

Our first one year date was this Memorial Day when we first met the OW. The affair started 4th of July weekend and I found out 3 days before Thanksgiving so all big holiday triggers.

Memorial Day didn't go well because I was anticipating it. As we think ahead to 4th of July I like the idea of reclaiming it. I think I'd like us to go away with the kids cuz we tried go away this weekend but with the kids so added pressure.
