Q&A Should My Husband Be Evaluated for Sexual Addiction?

My husband has had multiple affairs over the course of our 18 year marriage. He has slept with seven women. All the affairs began with flirting and exchanging emails and pictures. Four of the seven affairs were just a one-time sexual encounter after weeks of flirting. Two more were “just a handful” of instances of intercourse. The remaining affair began as “sex only” but ended up turning into a three year affair with expressions of love. He does not struggle with porn and has not paid for sex. I am curious if he should be evaluated for a sexual addiction. He is very resistant to the label “sex addict,” but just the number of affair partners alone concerns me that he is.
