Question:

Dear John and Leslie,

My husband is working side by side with his Affair partner this month due to a problem the scheduler had at his work.
My husband is in recovery. We did the EMS weekend in February and things have changed a great deal. He is committed to
Our relationship and he talked to the scheduler at his nursing job to ask that she make arrangements that they would not work in the same days. For 4 months, they have not worked together even seen each other. However they are moving to a new hospital and there is an overlap in scheduling and she had to schedule them to work together for this coming month. I was feeling as if we were getting closer and now I am feeling scared and hurting with this reality.
I have been trying to see the best thing coming out of worst thing, where he would open up and get honest about his triggers but he has never been able to be open to talking with me like that before.
Now I feel like backing away from the Marriage. The pain of getting through what he did was hard enough. He will not quit his job even though it's part time and his response is we will get through this. It's affecting my performance at work. What is your advice?
