Question:

I feel like if I just shut up and stop saying things from my heart to connect, sharing my feelings...my husband will just go about his life considering we are all good and back on track again. The need to get him to "get it", the need for connection and be cared of, the need to be loved, the need to have him want to do things by his own ... can this be considered codependency?
