Question:

My wife asked a question last week that you answered about whether or not it was better to ask questions, and we are hoping for clarification. We both have agreed that I don't want to know any more than I already do. I have requested that even if I DO ask, she NOT tell me, so the question wasn't about whether or not she should answer. The question was meant to be about: since I don't want the answers, when the questions about details come up for me, is it better to say: "Right now, I am picturing this, and wondering if you did this?" or just work it through on my own. The questions keep coming up for me (I don't think that 24 hour rule works for men. A 24 week rule might be of some benefit, but those questions just don't go away once they pop up), the question is about asking (without expecting answers) or keeping them to myself.
