Question:

We are in EMS Online and we just finished the lesson about anger. I am the betrayed spouse and really had a hard time identifying any angry behaviors in myself. Through this whole process my spouse & I can only identify a handful of occasions when I was angry or even mildly passive aggressive towards my him. What I do struggle with is nonstop sadness. I am on the verge of tears daily and the knot in my stomach is ever present. Is this something that can be anger in disguise?
