Question:

Hi Rick My husband and I are doing emso and are currently on the truth pyramid and deceived self lessons. My question is this: my husband is a sex addict who was unfaithful and deceptive repeatedly. I have awareness and fear that he may act out again, and indeed he has had 2 slip ups in the past year since discovery. How do I distinguish between deceived self fear --that spirals into unhelpful feelings and behavior-- and reality based fear? Thanks much.
