We have signed up for the EMS weekend in Dec. We are both in marriage counseling. We are physically separated. My husband seems to show signs of remorse for his affair and has cut off sexual activity with his AP. But is still frequently texting her. It is a major trigger for me. Our therapist is working on this and has told me to try to be patient. I am trying, but it is flooding me with ongoing trauma and I feel I am in danger of not being able to heal or recover at all soon if it doesn't stop. We have 2 young children. How do I handle this ongoing trauma in the meantime?
