Question:

We are 18 months from d day and we have done the EMS weekend and I did Harboring Hope. Our recovery was going well and I ended up pregnant. We had our baby a month ago and since then I have felt past trauma resurfacing and places of bitterness in my heart. I felt I had already processed the affair but now don't know how to deal with the resentment and bitterness that is popping up. Is this normal? I feel very vulnerable. What do you recommend to help deal with the bitterness and anger that has come back?
