My husband and I are a year out from discovery of a 4 year affair with his secretary at work. We have done a lot of work to forgive, repair and rebuild ourselves individually and also for the marriage. As the betrayed spouse, I am still struggling with initiating intimacy and sex with my husband. The thoughts of him acting out with his affair partner are at the forefront of my mind and all that they engaged in with each other. It still hurts a lot and I’m finding it really hard to give my body and soul to him. How am I meant to do this?
