I have struggled with intimacy anorexia for our entire relationship and only just recently learned that is what it was. My wife is very frustrated that I will not initiate. I feel lost. I don't know how to have a normal sex life after 10+ years of acting out. Not looking to recreate the "high" from my affairs just looking to give her what she deserves. We are looking for a therapist to help us together but not having much luck. Thank you for all you do.
