I am the unfaithful and the AP was a co-worker. I still work with this individual and I am constantly dealing with reminders. It did not end well and we have to daily work with each other. Other than obtaining other employment, what else can I do to deal with triggers/reminders? My wife and I have attended EMS Weekend and are truly working thru our recovery. Yet, I'm faced everyday with my own pain of my actions. Everything I've read, says “no contact” with the AP, but leaving my job would create so much financial problems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
