Question:
We have been in recovery for over 4 years. We have done a lot of work as individuals and as a couple and I would say we are in a great place. The only issue is I have no desire to engage in sex with my wife. I love her and certainly want to be with her but I don't feel any attraction to her sexually. I did struggle with sexual addiction but this thankfully is now a thing of the past although I did do a lot of damage to my brain through this. At this point I just rather not have sex at all. Is there something that I can do to change this? Is this common for recovering addicts?
