In their discussion, my mom claimed my dad cheated on her, in which my dad confirmed 5 minutes ago and they have been divorced for 5+ years & he never confirmed to her and he claims she never accused him. My mother ran off to another state for another man... in which invoked the divorce, its all a big mess years later. My polygraph is tomorrow and I have to fill out a disclosure but with this new info and whole can of worms opened up... I can’t even put anything on paper... my brain is so frazzled and I don’t think my wife was looking for support but really seems she was looking to start a mess. Please help on how to recover and process this. I don't want to cancel the polygraph but how can it be level is my anxiety is extremely high?Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationHandling DiscoveryQ&A Recovery LibraryRL_Media Type: Video
