My wife has been back and forth on staying or going. Recently, she went to my mom for support and she spilled all the beans. In their discussion, my mom claimed my dad cheated on her, in which my dad confirmed 5 minutes ago and they have been divorced for 5+ years & he never confirmed to her and he claims she never accused him. My mother ran off to another state for another man... in which invoked the divorce, its all a big mess years later. My polygraph is tomorrow and I have to fill out a disclosure but with this new info and whole can of worms opened up... I can’t even put anything on paper... my brain is so frazzled and I don’t think my wife was looking for support but really seems she was looking to start a mess. Please help on how to recover and process this. I don't want to cancel the polygraph but how can it be level is my anxiety is extremely high?
