Question

My betrayed spouse recently asked for separation and has said she is strongly wanting to divorce due to resentment and apathy towards me. I was a terrible wayward spouse, mentally and verbally abusive, trickle truth, lied through my teeth. I basically told my spouse she was not my choice and that I wanted the affair partner. I was the worst of the worst. I have spent the last 3.5+ years focused on healing myself, changing and growing, helping others, and working on building a new marriage. I want nothing more than to save our marriage and spend the rest of my life with my wife. Is there any way for me to help her not have to carry and live with that resentment and apathy? I want nothing more than for her to be happy and feel safe in her life. I also want to know if there is hope for us to save our marriage?
