Hi Rick. I'm the unfaithful spouse and we're 6 months past the D-day. Recently I have become increasingly aware of my own outlook on life and recognized that I have been emotionless and heartless all my life. I want to change this. I stumbled across a concept called intimacy anorexia. This seems to shed a lot of light on my behavior in the past although I'm not going to get into conclusions on whether I'm an intimacy anorexic or not. What is your take on the concept? Is it common among the unfaithful spouses you counsel? What advice would you give to a person trying to become human again?
