Question

I am the wayward spouse and I am having intense shame and anxiety attacks during sex. I have watched your video on how to deal with triggers during sex and we have tired different things to make it new but that has not worked. I also have tried grounding techniques for the anxiety and being present but eventually the shame and intense negative thoughts overwhelm me and I have an anxiety attack because what is in the present is my shame and anxiety about sex. My anxiety is stemming from my thoughts that I am not good enough or that I am unloved by my husband. What do you suggest on how to diminish or cease the anxiety attacks?
