We've read that the betrayed has to go through the process of grieving. We also just finished Week 4 that talked about not giving airtime to your emotions. Two questions: what exactly is involved in the grieving process, and how is the betrayed supposed to grieve if she is not giving her emotions airtime and avoiding triggers?
