Question:

It has been 16 months since D-Day 1 where my wife discovered a 1.5 year emotional and physical affair with a coworker, who I no longer work with. I trickled out truth and lied until Nov 17 where I then revealed 5 other affairs I had during our relationship. We have since taken and completed EMSO, are both doing MFL, and are each currently in our HH classes. My wife continues to have enormous pain and trauma and has stated multiple times she is suffering from PTSD. I try very hard to show her empathy when she has reminders and triggers, I have been transparent and honest with her, giving her access to all social media, email accounts, and phone. I have taken a polygraph that confirmed I am being truthful with her. She continues to believe I have not told her everything. I love and care for her very much and want to help her with her pain and trauma. Other than EMDR what other suggestions are there to help someone with PTSD to lessen the amount of daily triggers, reminders, and nightmares?
