Sometimes I don’t know if I’m doing the right thing by choosing not to think about something and moving on versus sitting in the pain processing and going through the pain. Some literature and articles say sit in the pain and work through it and don’t ignore it. But, others say redirect your thinking to something else. I want to face the pain head on and work through it and process it so I can get past it but I also don’t wanna keep the pain alive I continuously thinking about it. I hope this makes sense.
