Question:

It has been 4 months since D-Day. Most of the days, I feel fine- I can control my triggers. My husband has been doing his work. Lately, I have been flooding and I get very angry at my husband. I sometimes feel like I do not want to be married to him anymore because of all the pain he had caused me (18 months of affair). I do love him, and he loves me (this I know). But why am I going back to resentment when I have been doing well?
