I sent my affair partner a long text last night after he continued to contact me. My husband was copied on it and helped write it. It was basically a "do not contact me ever again and I am committing to my marriage." My AP then texted back to my husband twice and asked for forgiveness, but then gave my husband the impression that he (the AP) had tried to end our relationship in November, which is a lie. Do APs typically lie and put blame on betrayer when talking to the betrayed spouse?
