Am I ever really going to get over the AP? Will I always feel this deep soul pain and loss when I think of him? Will I feel it is a loss that I can never talk or contact him again? I feel like I have forgiven the resentments towards my husband, but I AM the wayward spouse! I feel this is all so very unfair to my husband that I am still struggling, as we both now have broken hearts. It has been 8 months of no contact. The AP has cut off all contact. I struggle with rejection big time and loss of feelings toward my spouse. I am really questioning if marriage is even worth it at this point as I am putting my husband through continued pain because I can't seem to move on. This was a very short emotional affair and it devastated my husband, but he forgives me.
