Question:

The first D-Day was in August 2015 and the last was in August 2016. My wife took me to a mediator even after the AP refused to engage. We have been in counseling and I just don't feel in my heart that I love her. My gut is not sure, and my head seems to be leaning towards divorce. My heart seemed to be lost to her in December of 2016 due to her not working independently. I know I have some intrusive thoughts and have done EMDR and Tapping to remove most of the trauma. I do have resentments. How can I work through those when I don't see her doing any work? She is not been open to EMS or anything affair related. I have many things that I wanted to address but the counselors are quick to point out in the present we are doing well. I have asked her for things I need and she only seems to do them after I bring them up again in counseling. I feel she doesn't care to change to meet my needs while I am meeting hers.
