Question:

Harboring Hope has been helping me tremendously. We're working on "Forgiveness".
Last week we went over "Grieving". It's tough right now. I want to start the journey toward healing. My childhood was riddled with abandonment, cheating and sexual addiction. Chaotic. I have so many wounds from the past that finding out about his cheating/Sex Addiction 30 years into the relationship is causing severe emotional pain.
He's lied after being found out and I forced the truth about his past. He's caused us to bankruptcy and foreclosure. We have two autistic children and one with ADD. I've got PTSD and Cyclothymia. I'm seeing a therapist. He's finally getting help with a therapist, SA group, Men's Group at Church. I want to be free of this bitterness towards him and his Affairs, but I keep getting triggered and react by blasting him.  I don't know how to keep in the process of forgiving when I feel so overwhelmed. Help!
