Question:

I have just started the Harboring Hope course. The first lesson was meeting our group on a conference call and getting to know each other. We all did a 5 minute "Story" on what brought us to this course. I painfully remembered everything that brought me to this hurting place. After 50 years of marriage, I learned my husband was a sex addict and addicted to massage parlors. Discovery was November of 2019 and he relapsed in October of 2020. The 2nd time was so much harder. He is now is sex addiction therapy. I recorded my story for my first class, and I really want him to hear it in my own voice and words....should I ask him to listen to it?
