My husband and I have been married for 28 years. We are 8 months out from my husband admitting that he is addicted to porn and for a period of 7-9 years. He can’t remember exactly when it started and stopped. He solicited prostitutes 7 or 8 times. This doesn’t sound like addictive behavior to me since it stopped for no reason he can give. He doesn’t know why he started either. He is receiving counseling for sex addiction, but I am struggling with this diagnosis. Is prostitute use always an addiction?
