Question:

What can I do about intrusive thoughts and images in my head that keep coming up? I am regularly plagued by very graphic mental images of my wife with her AP. These are not just mental conjuring, but are based on what I have seen with my own eyes, and what I know to be fact. I keep having these things pop into my mind on a very frequent basis. Can you give me advice on how to deal with them?
