The affair partner is my husband’s ex-girlfriend of about 2 years. In the beginning I knew nothing about her but over our 16 months together I have found evidence of them seeing each and texting/talking on phone. He has hidden their communication from me by lying, deleting messages, call logs, and putting her in his phone as one of his guy friends, etc. They both say they are “just friends” and both deny sexual interactions since we have been together. My husband doesn’t know his “why” about communicating with her or why he can’t seem to let her go. He says he doesn’t love her and their relationship would never work. He affirms she is not the one for him but feels a need to constantly reach out to her. I’m so confused.
