The relationship developed in a group environment at an entertainment ranch we belong to. He insisted cutting off being around her would not work for him, he needed to be around her to have the feelings fade in order to get over her. After the torture of trying to allow this for a few months while they continued their secret correspondence behind my back I drew the line and he complied. But he still argues that their friendship should not have to end. I ask him to end it for my sake but he is very resentful. He is the angry one always and blames me for the affair in the first place. Is there hope for us? We are in week 4 of the couples therapy, I see little change so far though his angry outbursts seem to have subsided.
