We are signed up for EMS Weekend and I want to better understand the timelines mentioned by you and Samuel. Discovery was 11 months ago and the last contact with the affair partner was three months ago. Since June 2017 there have many multiple discoveries from me finding out they were in contact and together. The last 4 weeks I felt some healing and lighter pain. However, at current, I seem to be devolving into a painful and tearful cycle. I want to know why this is. Should I count this to the nearing of the 12th month of discovery? I really don't want to be an anniversary cycle emotional mess. Here is my main question: For my healing timeline, and how I should be feeling, should I look to the last contact with the affair partner?
