Question:

We are on Week 12 of EMS Online. My husband has intrusive thoughts every single night. This morning at breakfast he left crying & I went to talk to him. He doesn't freely talk about what is going on, so I ask. Today he said it is impossible to forget, let alone forgive, when he visualizes me enjoying sex with another man. I am so sad that I did this to my husband and desperately want to see him restored. 13 weeks into this program and I feel stuck, unable to have the power of these intrusive thoughts be broken. Please can you provide some words of encouragement?
