D-day was last December (2022) when I finally felt the need to be more completely honest and open with my wife and reveal that history. An ongoing issue has been my inability to recall many of the details from that time, more involving conversations that were being had with the affair partner. Some of this is due to the long time it is now in the past, but also due to an ongoing habit of burying this past to avoid thinking about it and moving on. Do you think there is an appropriate methodology of trying to recall some of this using hypnosis? We have discussed a polygraph test but think we both are not sure that would reflect what I cannot truly recall.Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: Handling DiscoveryQ&A Recovery LibraryRL_Media Type: Video
