What resources would you recommend to help me answer my wife’s questions? She has been asking me to compare how I felt for the affair partner to how I have felt for her. I have told my wife that the affair felt good because I felt validated and accepted. My wife then says this isn’t the answer she is looking for. She says she wants to know my true feelings about how I felt with the affair partner. So far I have not been able to communicate adequately with her how I felt.
